Geometric Luminaries | An Illuminated Architecture

Born from an initial inspiration in Japanese Kumiko art, the Geometric Luminaries series is a radical reimagining of light and form. Each lamp is a complex architectural feat, meticulously constructed from 418 individual components that interlock in a precise, algorithmic dance.

This is not replication; it is translation. The traditional grammar of Kumiko is deconstructed and rewritten through a futuristic lens, resulting in a collection of sculptural light objects that are entirely unique to this studio.

More than a source of light, each luminary is a commanding presence—a testament to the beauty of complexity and a singular vision of illuminated geometry.

Art in its physical form: a photographic glimpse of the Geometric Luminary, featuring the twelfth geometric pattern from my geometric fillers collection. Every shadow, reflection, and beam of light is authentic—a true representation of the lamp's presence, captured through the lens, not rendered through software.
